da möchte wohl jemand das der Kurs nicht so schnell steigt,nachdem das Volumen in Deutschland merklich angezogen hat,und die Jungs in Australien immer noch im dunkeln tappen die Stückzahlen wurden reingestellt,nachdem man BOC nach einigen News befragt hat ;-))
Bei den "*****Arbeiten" in B'ville (ESBC Mitglieder wissen ja was gemeint ist ;-))) handelt es sich nicht um Tätigkeiten der Landeigner sondern um die der Meekamuis. Darüber sind sowohl BOC als auch die Landeigner furchtbar sauer.BOC hat in PNG ein Gerichtsurteil erwirkt u. die 2 beladenen Schiffe in Loloho u.Kieta an die Kette legen lassen.
Inzwischen ist ein Vertrag zwischen BOC u. der PLA (Vorsitzender L.D. ;-))) unterschriftsreif,welcher den Landeignern das Exklusivrecht zum ***** zusagt.
Unsere Anfrage-Mail an PC wurde gelesen,die an PT.wurde mit einer auto-reply Mail beantwortet dass er für ein paar Tage nicht im Büro anwesend sei.Kurioserweise kam diese Mail nicht wie normal binnen Min. nach Empfang,sondern einige Stunden später.
Dazu gibt es jetzt einige Möglichkeiten.
1 PT hat die Mail bei PC gelesen u. verschickt die autoreply um Zeit zu gewinnen. 2 PT ist wirklich einige Tage abwesend (zwecks Instruktionen bei RT z.B. ;-))) 3 PT antwortet erst wenn der Vertrag unterschrieben ist. 4 PT darf garnicht antworten weil es eine kursrelevante News ist,welche zuerst an der ASX veröffentlicht werden muss.(vielleicht mit Trading Halt ;-)))))))))))))
Die Wahrscheinlichkeit der verschiedenen Möglichkeiten zu evaluieren bleibt jedem selbst überlassen.
Theoretisch könnten die ESBC jetzt eine Pressemeldung herausgeben,wollen aber dem guten PT erstmal ein paar Tage Zeit geben.Schliesslich wollen wir es uns mit ihm nicht verscherzen. ;-)))))

Die PLA ist die Panguna Landowners Association,deren Mitglieder sich bis auf wenige Ausnahmen aus dem Clan aus der Umgegend der Mine zusammensetzen. ;-)))))))))))
AUTONOMOUS Bougainville Government President Joseph Kabui announced last Monday the Bougainville Executive Council’s approval on the establishment of a Panguna district office and its administration. This decision was approved by the BEC during its sitting two weeks ago. Mr Kabui also announced the BEC’s decision to approve a recurrent budget component to implement its decision. This funding is for this month to December. He said BEC had also directed the Bougainville administration to make funds available to cater for the outstanding reconciliations, office building, health clinic, Panguna Primary School classroom, teachers’ houses and the district’s vehicles. Mr Kabui said the decision to set up a Panguna district office and administration reflected ABG’s commitment on peace, reconciliation and restoration of social and economic services in the Ioro constituenc as agreed in the joint Panguna Communiqué’ in August.
THE Mineral Resources Authority (MRA) will expedite the release of exploration licences (ELs) to increase spending on mineral searches in the country. MRA managing director Kepas Wali said his agency had already issued 50 licences since it began operations last June compared to only eight issued last year out of the 132 applications. Mr Wali said exploration was important in the country’s economy because it brought in companies who spend money prospecting for minerals, which can later lead to productive mining projects. The expenditure in the country was estimated at K129 million in 2006, but this only accounted for less than 1% of the US$7 billion spent globally. Mr Wali said processing of licences had lagged behind in the past mainly due to the phasing out of the mining advisory board (MAB) under the previous Department of Mining. This function is now being performed by the mining advisory council (MAC) with recommendations forwarded to the Minister for Mining who makes the final decision for issuance of licences. “Last September, 59 applications were received and 46 licences were issued,” Mr Wali said. Registrar of Tenements Stan Nekitel said they had already exceeded 50 ELs as of last month and was confident more approvals could be made during the remaining months of the year “We had done pretty well this year … we had five meetings so far and cleared over 50 ELs,” Mr Nekitel said. Mr Wali attributed the increase in EL applications to the Government’s attractive fiscal policy regime with tax breaks for companies involved in exploration, the country’s high prospectivity and high commodity prices.

Nur einer dieser Punkte erledigt würde einen weit höheren Kurs rechtfertigen ;-)
